Ingredients:
1 pork leg (front leg preferably)cut to serving pieces
water
3 chopped onions
peppercorns
salt
4 potatoes (cut to serving pieces)
saging na saba (plantain banana)
baguio beans
2 pork broth cubes
1 medium size cabbage
pechay (bok choi)
BUDGET: 250-350 Pesos
Procedure:
-wash hands
-boil pork legs in a pot until tender
-when the water boils add the onions, peppercorns and a little salt. (stir once)
-when the pork is almost tender add the potatoes and saging na saba
-stir, then add pork cubes
-after a minute add baguio beans
-then add more salt (according to your own taste)
-when the pork and potatoes are tender add the cabbage and pechay, then close the stove immediately so that it won't overcooked
-serve hot
