Ingredients:
1 kl Beef (cube cuts or caldereta cuts)
tomato sauce
tomato paste
green bell pepper
carrots
potatoes
green peas
liver spread
onions
garlic
cheddar cheese
chili powder
pepper
salt
water
atsuete
Budget: 400-500 pesos
Procedure:
-wash hands
-boil beef in a pot until tender
-while waiting for the beef to become tender, in a separate pan, fry the potatoes and carrots until light brown
-when the beef is tender, on a separate pot saute garlic and onions then add the beef
-while sauteing add the tomato sauce and tomato paste
-then add water (beef broth) then simmer
-when the water boils add bell pepper, carrots, potatoes and liver spread, stir thoroughly
-then after 3 minutes add the green peas, chili powder and cheese, stir
-simmer until the potatoes are tender, then add atsuete using a strainer for coloring
then add salt and pepper to taste
-serve hot
