Tinolang Manok (Chicken Ginger Stew)

Ingredients:
1 kl chicken (i prefer breast part, cut into serving pieces)
ginger
onions
green papaya
chili leaves
green chilies
2 chicken broth cubes or powder
water
salt
pepper
fish sauce

Budget: 180-200 pesos

Procedure:
-wash hands
-saute the ginger and onions
-add the chicken
-then seasoned with salt and pepper
-when the chicken is slightly brown add water
-simmer for 5 minutes then add the sliced papayas
-add broth cubes or powder and green chilies
-add some fish sauce to taste
-when the papayas are tender add chili leaves then close the stove
-serve hot
