Ingredients:
cold leftover rice
salt
garlic
scrambled egg
hotdog
soy sauce
water
Budget: about 50 pesos
Procedure:
-wash hands
-refrigerate leftover rice
-then mashed the rice with a cup of water
-on a pan saute garlic until light brown
-add the rice stir constantly so the rice wont stick on the pan
-add the chopped hotdogs, soy sauce, pepper and salt, stir
-then add the beaten eggs
-if the rice is dry remove from heat
-serve hot

Simple and satisfing. Why don't you add tinapa flakes. Its also quite good that way.
