Ingredients:
1 kl pig's face
some pig's skin
1/4 kl chicken liver
onions (minced)
liquid seasoning
chilies
limes
water
pepper
egg
soy sauce
butter
Budget: 250-350
Procedure:
-wash hands
-boil the pig's face in water with salt, liquid seasoning and onions until tender (don't overdo)
-on a separate pot boil the chicken liver in water with onions until tender
-mash the chicken liver, add liquid seasoning and lime, mix thoroughly.. set aside
-on a pan, fry the pork skin until crispy let it cool down then crush it
-grill the pig's face, while grilling brush the meat with soy sauce, lime, pepper mixture
-when done cut the pork into small sizes then mix with the chicken liver
-on a heated sizzling plate melt a tablespoon of butter,then add the pork, cracklings (crispy pork skin), onions, chillies, lime ,liquid seasoning and egg.. mix thoroughly
-serve

Sinangag (Fried Rice)
Ingredients:
cold leftover rice
salt
garlic
scrambled egg
hotdog
soy sauce
water
Budget: about 50 pesos
Procedure:
-wash hands
-refrigerate leftover rice
-then mashed the rice with a cup of water
-on a pan saute garlic until light brown
-add the rice stir constantly so the rice wont stick on the pan
-add the chopped hotdogs, soy sauce, pepper and salt, stir
-then add the beaten eggs
-if the rice is dry remove from heat
-serve hot

sesame seeds

Procedure:

-in a large bowl, add water, rice flour, mix until a fine, smooth dough is made
-then form small balls using your floured palms
-next flatten the balls to form a disc-like figure
-on a pot, boil the water then add the palitaws until they began to float
-strain the palitaws
-on a pan toast the sesame seeds until brown
-mix the sugar and toasted sesame seeds
-roll each palitaw on the sugar mixture then roll it again on the grated coconut
-serve

Baked Macaroni
Ingredients:
1/2 kl Macaroni (elbow)
spaghetti sauce
cheddar cheese
evaporated milk
ground beef
salt
pepper
water
parsley
sugar
cornstarch
garlic
onions
butter
Budget: 300-400
Procedure:
-boil water on a pot then add the macaroni, add some oil and salt (follow instructions on the package)
-on a separate pot saute garlic, onions
-add ground beef
-then add some salt and pepper, then add the spaghetti sauce then stir
-on a separate saucepan melt the butter, then add the milk
-when the milk boils, add water ,grated cheese, sugar,salt
-simmer for 2 minutes, add diluted cornstarch and parsley then stir
-put the macaroni on a baking tray, then add the pasta sauce
-then on top cover it with the white sauce
-baked on a preheated oven for 30-50 minutes 200 degree Celsius
-serve

-on a separate casserole let the tomatoes and onions cooked in water
-when the tomatoes are tender add the eggplant, radish and okra
-add fish sauce and pepper to taste
-when the vegetables are half cooked add the milkfish
-add tamarind juices using a strainer
-add the green chilies
-when the tamarind and fish are well-cooked add the mustard greens then turn off the stove
